Tickessa 0.14.0
Tickessa can be used in German and English. German remains the default; your personal choice survives sign-out and sign-in.

- Language selection for sign-in, ticket work and administration, with matching date, number and plural formatting.
- Independent language for public project pages and email system text; an English interface does not change customer replies.
- Administrators edit email text independently per project/language with preview, version checking and reset.
- Signatures, origin notices, personal-review copy and public AI information use the selected language version.
- English handbook with its own navigation and search; shared language packs prepare additional languages.
Update
Migration 030 preserves existing German signatures and transparency text. Accounts and projects start in German. Historical messages and editorial content remain unchanged.
Update frontend, backend and migration together. Installations from 0.13.0 use the update assistant; older installations require the assisted transition described there.
Receipt-confirmation text is prepared, but saving it does not yet enable receipt delivery. AI, public intake and automatic sending retain their separate approvals.
Validation
App build, typecheck, automated language/permission/template checks, both handbook builds, migration and neutral fresh installation were checked. Browser coverage includes saved preferences, retained drafts, portal links and mobile layout at 390 pixels. Tests use synthetic data without sending emails or making real AI calls.
