Tickessa 0.13.0

This version adds personal setup access and a shared browser/SSH update assistant to the neutral web package.

  • One ZIP prepared on Mac, Windows or Linux; the application runs on the web server.
  • FTP/FTPS, SFTP and SSH transfer routes.
  • Personal setup key before database and administrator configuration.
  • Publisher signature and full file verification against a fixed trust anchor.
  • Updates with encrypted database, configuration, program and attachment backups.
  • Recovery after failed migrations and interrupted updates.
  • Separately versioned installer component 1.0.0 in the release.

Verified scope

Isolated PHP 8.5 tests on MariaDB 10.11 and 11.4 covered PHP-CGI installation, setup-key protection, the created administrator, signed test updates, retained APP_KEY and binary attachments, rejection of equal versions, full recovery from failed migrations and resumption after interruption. No real emails or customer data were used. The full CLI installation, signed update and recovery flow, including triggers, was also tested on Linux with PHP 8.3 and MariaDB 10.11.

The requirements name intended PHP/database families. This does not certify every host and web-server configuration; Timme and mittwald also need checks in the specific customer environment.

Transition from older versions

The automatic update route starts at 0.13.0. Older development/reference installations use the assisted transition in UPDATE.en.md. Never extract an unverified ZIP over a running installation.

Local AI 0.2.0

The Mac service is a separate paid plugin for the download edition. It includes a signed package and an Apple Silicon setup assistant. Entitled versions can be used indefinitely; new updates follow its own annual update licence. A suitable Mac, Node.js, models and a private network route are required. macOS 27 compatibility is promised only after an actual test.
