Tickessa 1.0.0

Version 1.0.0 is Tickessa's first regular major release. The version appears beside the language selector and distinguishes a current installation, a confirmed newer stable release and a temporarily unavailable check.

The update assistant retains signed manual ZIP upload and adds automatic download from the Tickessa customer account. Its one-time access value is installation-bound, encrypted locally and checked against the licence and update period on every download. Package signature, checksum, encrypted full backup and rollback remain mandatory for both routes. The runtime licence remains offline-verifiable without a heartbeat.

Project administrators can separately choose how many days a resolved ticket remains before closure. Automatic closure sends the existing project-specific closure email. A second, disabled-by-default period can permanently remove closed tickets, messages and attachments. Both periods are project-specific. Waiting-for-customer tickets are no longer closed by this resolved-ticket lifecycle.

Long statistic labels such as “Waiting for customer” now wrap inside their tile and no longer overflow on narrow layouts.
